Eurowise VR6 Engine Conversion Kit
Elevate your build with our VR6 engine conversion kit, hand-crafted in-house at Eurowise in the USA. Designed for seamless installation, this kit allows you to drop a VR6 engine into your Rabbit or show car without cutting, welding, or compromising your freshly painted engine bay.
Each kit is built using high-quality mild steel and TIG-welded for superior durability and performance. Our conversion process is completely reversible, giving you the flexibility to restore your vehicle to its original setup if desired.
This Stage 1 kit is designed specifically for 12V VR6 engines. If you’re running a 24-valve, 3.2L, or 3.6L VR6 engine, be sure to choose the appropriate kit for your setup.

- 12V VR6 Engines: These kits are a direct bolt-on.

Transmission Requirement:
An 02A or 02J VR6 transmission is required for compatibility with all stages.

Important Notes for Installation:
When performing a VR6 swap, there are a few additional considerations to keep in mind:

Reverse Switch Interference with 02J Transmissions:
- If using an 02J transmission and our manual cable conversion, there may be interference with the reverse switch when using the 02J shifter tower or transmission.
- Solution: Cut off the mounting flange for the reverse switch to resolve the issue.

Axle Flange Compatibility with Late-Model 02J Transmissions:
- Late-model 02J transmissions (e.g., 1.8T and VR6 models) are equipped with 108mm axle flanges, which are not compatible with our axles.

Solution: Replace the axle flanges with the following parts:
- Qty 2: 02A-409-355D
- Qty 2: 02J-409-359
Build and Shipping Information:
All kits are made to order. While we typically keep stock on hand, build times may vary depending on the order date and can take 5–15 days before shipping.
FAQ
1. Q: What's the difference between stage 1, 2, 3? Which kit would suit me best?
A: Stage 2 is same as stage 1+ but includes stiffer motor mount bushings and a front core support brace
2. Q: I made my own brackets already, can I buy your axles?
A: Yes, our axles are available but there’s a good chance our axles aren’t going to work with your mounts. They were made specifically for our mounts and only our mounts.
3. Q: I have a 1.8t motor installed with 02a transmission installed and I want to change it to a VR6 can I buy just your brackets?
A: Our kit is designed to move the motor 3 inches more centered compared to the traditional VR6 MK1 swaps using scirocco 100mm axles. With our kit you have sufficient room on the drive belt side to easily remove and install it in the car. There is room for most superchargers to fit as well with our conversion
4. Q: I have a WRD 02A transmission bracket. Can I buy your front bracket and passenger rear bracket?
A: Unfortunately, that bracket they use works with factory axles and ours are custom lengths that work with our own brackets. If you attempted to use any other 02A conversion or VR6 kit with our axles they would come out too short or too long.
5. Q: I have the scirocco 100mm axles already, can I just buy your brackets?
A: Our brackets work specifically with our axles so if you were to install the axles in the car and attempt to use our brackets they will not line up correctly.
6. Q: Does your brackets fit in my mk2?
A: No, they will not.
7. Q: Will my car flip over?
A: No, essentially the VR6 motor is only about 75lbs. heavier than a traditional 16v motor which is very common in an MK1. Imagine strapping a turbo, fmic, piping etc on a 16v and you’d be well over the weight of a VR6 mk1 in the front end.
8. Q: How low is my oil pan going to be?
A: Actually with the mounts in its highest position the oil pan sits only about 1 inch below the lower control arm mounting position.
9.Q: Will factory header work?
A: No it does not, we do offer solutions to solve the issues.

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All items are subject to 15% restocking fee from the manufacturer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping to you will be deducted from your refund. If your original order qualified for free shipping, the actual cost of shipping the item to you will still be deducted from your refund.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping to you will be deducted from your refund. If your original order qualified for free shipping, the actual cost of shipping the item to you will still be deducted from your refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@amtuning.ca.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Labor Fees (if applicable)
AM Tuning Canada is not responsible for, and shall not be liable for, any labor fees, installation charges, removal charges, diagnostic fees, or other service-related costs incurred by the customer or any third party in connection with the installation, removal, modification, servicing, or use of any products purchased from AM Tuning Canada. Unless expressly agreed to in writing by AM Tuning Canada, all such labor and service costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Non-refundable items
The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased: oils, fuel or oil additives, filters, tuning cables, OBDeleven products, Braum seats, spark plugs, coil packs, and similar consumable, wheel spacers, wheels bolts, license plate brackets, electronic tuning components and any other product subject to discretion of AM Tuning Canada.
Other products from brands such as MHD, Bootmod3, Ecutek, Braum racing, Novitec are also non-refundable and non-returnable.
All sales of these items are final and are subject to the policies and discretion of AM Tuning. By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
