Is special training required?
No special training or equipment needed! SONAX Ceramic Coating CC36 bonds to paint surface providing a glass-like finish, but flexible long term protection with exceptional resistance to UV light and chemicals. Also provides protection to aggressive environmental influences such as road salt, tar, and street and industrial pollution. The surface gets super hydrophobic, acts as a dirt repellent and requires less maintenance effort due to Easy-to-Clean effect. Gives an incredible deep shine with impressive colour intensity. When used in combination with SONAX Polymer Net Shield, protection can last up to 3 years.
Which surfaces can be treated with CC36?
In principle, all car paintwork surfaces with clear coat can be treated, provided that the vehicles do not have a matte lacquer applied. CC36 protects clear coated paints with a high gloss, transparent and extremely hard coating made from siliceous nanoparticles. While, CC36 can be applied to wrapped surfaces, durability of the protection is more limited than on clear coated surfaces.
How can a coating be both hard and flexible at the same time?
When the hard silicate particles have bonded in the hardening process they strengthen the top coating layer and make it more resilient without stiffening the clear coat. As such the coatings layer thickness is extremely thin, and thus remains flexible. Example glass fibre: Although this material is normally rigid, in very thin diameters it can be bent.
Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All items are subject to 15% restocking fee from the manufacturer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
