Do you own a lifted G-wagen but the handling is very touchy and sometimes uncontrollable on the highway?
Unfortunately, there's no factory adjustments on G Wagens to fix this. We developed this replacement radius arm (control arm) and greatly improved it over OE specifications.
On shorter lifts we make them a custom length to avoid tire rubbing on front bumper and on bigger lifts with portal axles equipped.
Sway bar mounts are welded on and also built in headlight level brackets which aren't found on our competitors arms.
We've decreased the radius chassis mount angle to make installation easier and reduces the stress on the radius arm under extreme conditions.
100% built in house with a heavy duty black powder coated finish and limited lifetime warranty.
These radius arms will add up to 5 degrees caster on 4 inch lifts.
These arm have been engineered and gone through gruesome real world testing on and off road conditions. We back our product with a lifetime warranty. We've also tested them through solid works stress simulations to certify strength and engineering designs are flawless.
We overbuilt our radius arms using 3/4 inch thick steel brackets.

What is caster?
Caster refers to the degree of the steering wheel showing exactly how close it is to the vertical axis, either forward or backwards when observed from either side of the vehicle. A shopping cart’s front wheels give the perfect example of caster. The carts have a huge degree of positive caster, which ensure that they stick to a straight path without drifting sideways. Negative and positive caster symptoms help you to know if your car can travel down the road even when you are not handling the steering wheel tightly. Immediately you realize your car pulling on one side when driving down a straight road, it means your car has negative caster. You need to fix it using wheel realignment techniques.
Caster Working Principle:
As soon as you turn your car’s steering wheel to either direction, its front wheels react by using the suspension system to turn on the pivots linked to it. Caster refers to the measured degrees that the steering pivot takes. Generally, positive caster occurs when the pivot’s uppermost part leans toward the vehicle’s rear. However, when it leans forward, that is a symptom of negative caster.
Negative and Positive Caster Effects:
As long as the caster does not have the right adjustment, it can bring about problems when your car is moving on a straight path. Any caster that has differences from either side will force your vehicle to lean towards the side that has negative caster. An equal caster that seems too negative can make you feel some lightness on the steering wheel, forcing the vehicle to meander aimlessly and you will not easily bring it back to move on a straight path. An equal caster that seems too positive makes the steering wheel heavy, and it can kick as soon as you hit a bump. However, caster does not influence the wear and tear on the tires of your vehicle as much.
Positive caster occurs when the axis of the steering wheel is ahead of the vertical axis. While driving on the road, this would suggest that the upper part of the coil over would move towards the vehicle’s rear. As you drive the car forward with a positive caster, it would create significant align torque, which refers to the force that straightens out the steering wheel and advances your car’s stability when moving straight. Increasing the degree of positive caster will make the steering heavier. However, today’s cars have innovative power steering configurations that prevent such problems. Generally, you will always require a significant amount of positive caster provided that your vehicle has a well fitted power steering system.
On the other hand, negative caster occurs when the steering wheel of your car is behind the vertical axis. In a general perspective, only many older vehicles experience this kind of caster symptom because of the outdated chassis dynamics, tire technology, as well as other related reasons. Vehicles of the modern-day era do not have the characteristics of negative caster. Negative caster symptoms make the steering wheel light while increasing the susceptibility of your vehicle to meander down its path without proper direction.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All items are subject to 15% restocking fee from the manufacturer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping to you will be deducted from your refund. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping to you will be deducted from your refund. If your original order qualified for free shipping, the actual cost of shipping the item to you will still be deducted from your refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@amtuning.ca.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Labor Fees (if applicable)
AM Tuning Canada is not responsible for, and shall not be liable for, any labor fees, installation charges, removal charges, diagnostic fees, or other service-related costs incurred by the customer or any third party in connection with the installation, removal, modification, servicing, or use of any products purchased from AM Tuning Canada. Unless expressly agreed to in writing by AM Tuning Canada, all such labor and service costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Non-refundable items
The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased: oils, fuel or oil additives, filters, tuning cables, OBDeleven products, Braum seats, spark plugs, coil packs, and similar consumable, wheel spacers, wheels bolts, license plate brackets, electronic tuning components and any other product subject to discretion of AM Tuning Canada.
Other products from brands such as MHD, Bootmod3, Ecutek, Braum racing, Novitec are also non-refundable and non-returnable.
