The MMX S58 Lifetime Oil Change Service Kit transforms a routine oil service into a permanent reliability upgrade for the G8X M2, M3, and M4. Three precision-machined motorsport-grade components (bundled into one kit) directly address two well-documented S58 lubrication-system weak points: the OEM paper oil filter that can collapse over time and restrict flow, and the OEM plastic oil filter housing that is prone to cracking under heat cycles and torque stress.
At the heart of the kit is MMX's high-performance stainless steel lifetime oil filter. Built from medical-grade pleated stainless filtration medium, it captures particles down to 20 microns while delivering up to 5× the flow rate of comparable paper filters, and because it's stainless, it's fully reusable and cleanable. Filtration consistency is maintained across the entire filter surface, and the unit is designed to last the lifetime of the engine when properly cleaned at each oil service. No more failed paper filters; no more flow restriction over time.
Backing the filter is a precision-machined billet aluminium oil filter housing, finished in gloss black. Machined from aerospace-grade 6061 aluminium, it replaces the fragile OEM plastic housing with a structurally rigid alternative that won't crack under heat cycling or torque load. An integrated pressure-control oil bypass is built into the MMX housing, eliminating the need to transfer the OEM plastic bypass valve during installation, simplifying the swap, and improving overall reliability of the lubrication circuit.
Completing the package is the MMX magnetic sump plug, a high-strength magnetic drain plug that captures ferrous particles circulating in the engine oil before they continue through the lubrication system. As the S58 accumulates miles, microscopic iron particles are an unavoidable wear product; capturing them at the drain plug protects bearing surfaces, oil pump components, and the timing chain over the long term. Five sealing washers are included for repeated oil services.

Notes
- Engine oil is NOT included. Source BMW-spec 0W-20 separately for the oil change (S58 capacity is approximately 6.5 litres).
- Sealing washers are consumable: replace at each oil service. The kit's 5 washers cover roughly 5 oil changes.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All items are subject to 15% restocking fee from the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping to you will be deducted from your refund. If your original order qualified for free shipping, the actual cost of shipping the item to you will still be deducted from your refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@amtuning.ca.

Non-refundable items
The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased: oils, fuel or oil additives, filters, tuning cables, OBDeleven products, Braum seats, spark plugs, coil packs, and similar consumable, wheel spacers, wheels bolts, license plate brackets, electronic tuning components and any other product subject to discretion of AM Tuning Canada.
Other products from brands such as MHD, Bootmod3, Ecutek, Braum racing, Novitec are also non-refundable and non-returnable.
All sales of these items are final and are subject to the policies and discretion of AM Tuning. By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
