Madtrace G-Chassis GEN2 PODIUM Line Racing Steering Wheel System
Experience the next generation of racing technology with the JQ Werks Madtrace® PODIUM Line Racing Steering Wheel System for BMW G-Chassis. The PODIUM Line combines CAN bus and LIN bus technologies in a single hub for seamless integration with factory electronics, no splicing and no wiring. Enjoy a fully wireless, plug-and-play installation that keeps your cockpit clean, functional, and performance focused.
Materials and Construction
Precision engineered from 6061-T6 billet aluminum and crafted with 5-axis CNC machining, the PODIUM Line delivers strength, durability, and a premium feel. Finished in black anodizing, the system includes a matching adapter hub and quick release, both built from the same aircraft grade aluminum for a consistent aesthetic and reliable performance.
CAN Bus Integration
Exclusive to the PODIUM and FORMULA lines, this integration unlocks over 40 additional OEM functions (chassis dependent) such as high beam flash, wipers, turn signals, traction control adjustments, and shift light activation, all managed directly from the steering wheel. Every function is accessible without modifying factory wiring.
MadtraceLAB 1.0 Software

All adjustments can be made through MadtraceLAB or the optional Driver Information Display (DID).
Profile Settings and Button Mapping
Store up to three custom profiles in the hub’s internal memory, ideal for switching between cars or driving conditions. Each profile can include unique button functions, LED color layouts, and control maps for the dual joystick knobs.
Examples:
- Profile 1 (G87 M2): M1, M2, Cruise Control SET/RES, Bluetooth, Cluster Menu with white backlighting
- Profile 2 (GT4RS): Front Axle Lift, ESP+TC OFF, Turn Signal, Wiper, PDK SPORT, PSE with red backlighting
Quick Profile Switching
Use the rear mounted profile switch to swap between saved layouts. One press toggles button maps and LED profiles for fast adaptation to track conditions.
RevLEDs Shift Light Integration
The RevLEDs CAN bus shift lights provide real time response for precise gear changes. As the engine approaches redline, the LEDs illuminate sequentially and flash red at maximum RPM.
Optional OLED Driver Information Display (DID)
- Replaces the standard horn cap
- Shows real time telemetry such as speed
- Adjusts RGB button lighting and display brightness
- Allows on the fly profile switching and button remapping without a computer
Optional Dual Paddle Functionality
Upgrade to an optional dual paddle setup made from 6061-T6 billet aluminum. All four paddles are fully programmable, suitable for manual transmissions or auxiliary controls.
Example: Upper paddles for turn signals, lower paddles for gear shifting.
Important Notes
This product is intended for off-road, track, and competition use only. It is not legal for street use and should not be installed on vehicles subject to safety inspection. Because the system removes the factory airbag, drivers must use a 6-point racing harness and a racing roll-bar setup for safe operation. Consult local regulations to ensure compliance.

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All items are subject to 15% restocking fee from the manufacturer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping to you will be deducted from your refund. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@amtuning.ca.

Non-refundable items
The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased: oils, fuel or oil additives, filters, tuning cables, OBDeleven products, Braum seats, spark plugs, coil packs, and similar consumable, wheel spacers, wheels bolts, license plate brackets, electronic tuning components and any other product subject to discretion of AM Tuning Canada.
Other products from brands such as MHD, Bootmod3, Ecutek, Braum racing, Novitec are also non-refundable and non-returnable.
All sales of these items are final and are subject to the policies and discretion of AM Tuning. By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
