Burger Motorsports BMW wheel spacers are precision-engineered for compatible BMW F chassis vehicles using a 5x120 bolt pattern and 72.6mm center bore. BMS BMW F chassis wheel spacers move the wheels and tires outward to help fill the wheel wells, improve the vehicle’s stance, increase lateral stability, and provide additional clearance for certain aftermarket wheels, suspension components, and larger brake systems. The Classic design features a strong one-piece construction with a factory-style hub-centric lip and special pry tabs on the back to simplify removal. Each Classic wheel spacer kit includes ten extended zinc-coated 10.9-grade cone-seat lug bolts properly sized for the selected spacer width.

The BMS Lightweight Wheel Spacer Kit is the performance-oriented version of our popular BMW F chassis wheel spacers. It is designed for enthusiasts who want to reduce unnecessary rotating mass while maintaining the strength, precise fitment, and durability required for demanding street and track use.
Lightweight BMS BMW wheel spacers feature a precision hub-centric design and include upgraded zinc-coated 12.9-grade Motorsport steel lug bolts. Each bolt uses a concentric floating-seat washer that provides a secure mating surface against the wheel, helps maintain proper clamping force, and reduces wheel-seat chafing during installation and removal.
The Lightweight kit is the premium choice for BMW owners who prioritize reduced weight, high-performance wheel hardware, and a high performance-oriented design.

BMS F chassis wheel spacers are fully hub-centric. The spacer’s 72.6mm center bore precisely matches the compatible factory BMW hub, while the factory-style outer hub lip centers the wheel on the spacer.
This precision-machined design maintains the factory-style wheel-centering arrangement and helps provide smooth, vibration-free operation when the hub, spacer, wheel, and mounting surfaces are clean and the spacer is installed correctly.
Strong 7075-T6 Aluminum Construction
Both BMS Classic and Lightweight BMW F chassis wheel spacers are CNC-machined from high-strength 7075-T6 aluminum alloy. This premium aluminum provides an excellent combination of strength, durability, and low weight for demanding street and performance applications.
Each spacer features a strong one-piece design with an integrated factory-style hub-centric lip. The spacers are finished with durable black anodizing for corrosion resistance and a clean appearance that complements factory and aftermarket BMW wheels.
What Width BMW F Chassis Wheel Spacer Should I Choose?
Most compatible BMW F chassis vehicles using factory wheels and factory tire sizes commonly use 10mm to 12mm wheel spacers in the front and 12mm to 15mm wheel spacers in the rear.
The Classic 18mm and 20mm wheel spacers are intended for applications with additional wheel-well clearance or specific wheel, tire, and offset combinations. These wider spacers should only be used after confirming sufficient tire, fender, suspension, and brake clearance.
Always measure before ordering. The correct BMW wheel spacer width depends on the vehicle, wheel width, wheel offset, tire size, suspension height, alignment settings, brake configuration, and available fender clearance. Photos and general sizing recommendations are for reference because vehicles with the same chassis can require different spacer widths.
Important F30 and F31 10mm Rear Spacer Warning
Do not use a 10mm spacer on the rear of an F30 or F31 BMW 3 Series. The factory rear hub is too tall for a 10mm spacer. Use a 12mm or thicker spacer on the rear. A 10mm spacer may be used on the front when sufficient clearance is available.
Simple Bolt-On BMW Wheel Spacer Installation
Installation is straightforward. Remove the wheel, thoroughly clean the factory hub and wheel mounting surfaces, apply a light coating of the included anti-seize to the appropriate hub surface, place the spacer completely against the hub, reinstall the wheel, and secure it using the extended lug bolts supplied with the selected kit.
Each set of extended lug bolts is properly sized for its corresponding spacer width. The supplied bolts are approximately the spacer thickness longer than the factory wheel bolts and must not be mixed between different spacer sizes.
Each kit contains two wheel spacers for one axle. Two kits are required to install wheel spacers on all four wheels.

Not every BMW with an F chassis code uses the same 5x120 wheel spacer specifications.

Important Installation Information
Read all installation instructions before installing the wheel spacers. Do not mix the included extended lug bolts with factory bolts or bolts supplied with a different spacer width. Bolt lengths vary depending on the selected spacer thickness.
Torque all wheel bolts to 105 ft-lb / 142 Nm using the proper BMW tightening sequence. Recheck wheel-bolt torque after approximately the first 50 miles and after any wheel removal.
Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All items are subject to 15% restocking fee from the manufacturer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping to you will be deducted from your refund. If your original order qualified for free shipping, the actual cost of shipping the item to you will still be deducted from your refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@amtuning.ca.

Labor Fees (if applicable)
AM Tuning Canada is not responsible for, and shall not be liable for, any labor fees, installation charges, removal charges, diagnostic fees, or other service-related costs incurred by the customer or any third party in connection with the installation, removal, modification, servicing, or use of any products purchased from AM Tuning Canada. Unless expressly agreed to in writing by AM Tuning Canada, all such labor and service costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased: oils, fuel or oil additives, filters, tuning cables, OBDeleven products, Braum seats, spark plugs, coil packs, and similar consumable, wheel spacers, wheels bolts, license plate brackets, electronic tuning components and any other product subject to discretion of AM Tuning Canada.
Other products from brands such as MHD, Bootmod3, Ecutek, Braum racing, Novitec are also non-refundable and non-returnable.
