It's no secret that turbocharged Toyota motors can suffer from oil control problems causing the oil and contaminants to blow through and coat the intercooler and charge piping, gunking up intake valves, lowering the effective octane, and generally degrading engine performance over time. The higher your boost levels and the more milage you put on the vehicle the more apparent these problems become.
The solution to this problem has finally arrived. The Burger Motorsports oil catch can for the turbocharged Tacoma. While there are other catch cans on the market they all fall short in various areas. Some are mounted on the hot/turbo side of the motor preventing proper vapor condensation. Others utilize hoses that are too small and runs that are too long to allow proper PCV ventilation causing internal motor/ring sealing issues. Some have insufficient or no internal baffle system while others have internal baffle systems that are too restrictive. Some even bypass the PCV system altogether venting crankcase gas and odor into the atmosphere.
To solve these problems Burger Motorsports designed their oil catch can kit from the ground up specifically for the turbo Tacoma application. It features 100% CNC machining with zero welding for a precision fit and long life. The can itself is guaranteed for the life of the vehicle. The hoses match the OEM PCV piping in diameter so flow rate is maintained throughout the entire oil catch can ensuring no horsepower robbing crankcase pressure buildup. The BMS oil separator retains the factory fully closed loop PCV operation preventing any PCV vapor from leaking to the atmosphere. The mounting location was selected to minimize the line length, allow more efficient operation, and retain the factory PCV hose. Install takes around 10 minutes, includes all required hardware, and is 100% reversible. Simply unscrew the base of the can or use the drain plug to safely dispose of captured oil with the rest of your used motor oil during oil changes. Made in the USA.

The main advantage of a transparent can is that you can easily see the contents inside. This allows for quick checks on oil levels, contamination, and sludge buildup without needing to open the can.
⚠️ ATTENTION: The optional transparent can base is not suitable for use in regions where temperatures frequently drop to 32°F (0°C) or below.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All items are subject to 15% restocking fee from the manufacturer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping to you will be deducted from your refund. If your original order qualified for free shipping, the actual cost of shipping the item to you will still be deducted from your refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Labor Fees (if applicable)
AM Tuning Canada is not responsible for, and shall not be liable for, any labor fees, installation charges, removal charges, diagnostic fees, or other service-related costs incurred by the customer or any third party in connection with the installation, removal, modification, servicing, or use of any products purchased from AM Tuning Canada. Unless expressly agreed to in writing by AM Tuning Canada, all such labor and service costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Other products from brands such as MHD, Bootmod3, Ecutek, Braum racing, Novitec are also non-refundable and non-returnable.
