The BBS MAG-R 20" Wheel Set represents the highest level of BBS Motorsport wheel engineering available for the BMW G8X platform. Developed specifically for the BMW G87 M2, G80 M3, and G82 / G83 M4, the MAG-R brings forged magnesium construction and technology derived from BBS Motorsport racing programs to a road-going BMW M application.
First unveiled in Japan at the Tokyo Auto Salon, the BBS MAG-R was developed with a singular objective: uncompromising performance. The IND team attended the debut in person, where BBS introduced an ultra-limited wheel program that transfers decades of professional motorsport experience into a wheel engineered specifically around the demands of the modern BMW G8X chassis.
Each MAG-R is constructed as a one-piece, fully forged magnesium wheel. Magnesium provides a substantial weight advantage compared to aluminum, but requires specialized forging expertise, strict process control, and extensive material knowledge. BBS Motorsport's experience developing forged magnesium wheels for professional racing allows the MAG-R to combine exceptionally low mass with the stiffness, strength, and thermal characteristics required for demanding performance use.
At approximately 8 kg per wheel, the BBS MAG-R is exceptionally lightweight for a 20-inch BMW wheel. Compared to a factory forged 20-inch BMW wheel, the MAG-R reduces wheel weight by more than 30%. Reducing unsprung and rotational mass can improve steering response, suspension control, acceleration, braking response, and overall chassis feedback, allowing the G8X platform to react more precisely to driver inputs.
The staggered 20-inch configuration uses a 20x10 ET6.5 front wheel and 20x11 ET14 rear wheel, providing fitment engineered around the G8X M2, M3, and M4. The wheel design also provides clearance for factory BMW carbon ceramic brake systems, allowing owners to retain the braking hardware offered on higher-performance G8X configurations.
Protecting forged magnesium requires a specialized finishing process. BBS utilizes an OEM-certified coating system developed for magnesium to provide corrosion protection and preserve the integrity of the material while maintaining the wheel's motorsport-focused construction.
Production of the BBS MAG-R is limited to just 50 sets worldwide. Designed and manufactured in Germany by BBS Motorsport, the MAG-R combines forged magnesium construction, significant unsprung weight reduction, G8X-specific fitment, and extremely limited production to create one of the most exclusive BBS wheel sets available for the current BMW M platform.

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All items are subject to 15% restocking fee from the manufacturer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping to you will be deducted from your refund. If your original order qualified for free shipping, the actual cost of shipping the item to you will still be deducted from your refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@amtuning.ca.

Non-refundable items
The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased: oils, fuel or oil additives, filters, tuning cables, OBDeleven products, Braum seats, spark plugs, coil packs, and similar consumable, wheel spacers, wheels bolts, license plate brackets, electronic tuning components and any other product subject to discretion of AM Tuning Canada.
Other products from brands such as MHD, Bootmod3, Ecutek, Braum racing, Novitec are also non-refundable and non-returnable.
All sales of these items are final and are subject to the policies and discretion of AM Tuning. By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
