034Motorsport RS+ Injectors are the first upgraded Direct Injectors for maximum fuel flow, safely providing a 67% increase in flow over EA839 3.0T, and 31% increase over EA839 2.9T/EA825 4.0T RS Injectors. This increased fuel flow supports full E85 at the highest output Stage 3 levels without any need to blend ethanol with gasoline, and provides ample fuel system headroom for enhanced fueling safety protocols within 034Motorsport Stage 3 Tuning.
NOTE: RS+ Injectors can only be used with RS+ Specific 034Motorsport Stage 3 ECU Software. Following the purchase of these injectors, please email Tuning@034motorsport.com for access to RS+ Injector Files. Do NOT install RS+ Injectors until you have confirmed the required files are available in your flashing account. Injector tuning data is not available for those running other ECU tunes. Speak to your tuner about compatibility, but 034Motorsport will not provide injector data on RS+ injectors for other calibrators.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
034Motorsport has continued to be a leading innovator in developing key upgrades and overcoming the limits found on the EA839 platform to increase performance reliably and safely. The performance gains that Dynamic+ software files are able to provide are built on the foundation of these innovations in both software and hardware enhancements.
034Motorsport has spent years evaluating the key limitations of the EA839 platform and quickly assessed fueling as a critical area for improvement. Throughout years of testing and validation, key fueling products have been produced to unlock further performance, with the largest coming in the form of the first true upgraded Direct Injector, the RS+ Injector Upgrade. Using the OEM Bosch RS injector as a base (AQ) for modification and OE FSI direct injector manufacturers & engineering consultants, 034Motorsport has been able to produce and provide the RS+ Injector upgrade, a direct injector that drastically increases flow while maintaining OEM drivability and reliability in high abuse applications.
Specifically, for vehicles equipped with the EA839 3.0T engine, the RS+ Injectors offer an impressive 67% increase in flow compared to the stock injectors. For models featuring the EA839 2.9T or EA825 4.0T engines, which already come with RS Injectors, the 034Motorsport RS+ upgrade still provides a notable 31% increase in flow. This significant increase allows 034Motorsport calibrations to provide ample amounts of fuel at the highest power outputs and in real-world road conditions.
A key benefit of this upgrade is its ability to support full E85 operation at the highest Stage 3 tuning levels. This eliminates the need for blending ethanol with gasoline, simplifying fueling and allowing 034Motorsport Stage 3 customers to fully harness the performance advantages of E85. Beyond simply supporting E85, the increased fuel system headroom provided by these injectors allows for enhanced fueling safety protocols within 034Motorsport's Stage 3 Tuning. This increased fueling control range ensures that the fuel enrichment safety protocols within the bespoke ECU files for RS+ Injectors have a much larger capacity to adjust fueling targets to the needs of the moment without compromising on safety or power.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All items are subject to 15% restocking fee from the manufacturer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping to you will be deducted from your refund. If your original order qualified for free shipping, the actual cost of shipping the item to you will still be deducted from your refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@amtuning.ca.

Non-refundable items
The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased: oils, fuel or oil additives, filters, tuning cables, OBDeleven products, Braum seats, spark plugs, coil packs, and similar consumable, wheel spacers, wheels bolts, license plate brackets, electronic tuning components and any other product subject to discretion of AM Tuning Canada.
Other products from brands such as MHD, Bootmod3, Ecutek, Braum racing, Novitec are also non-refundable and non-returnable.
All sales of these items are final and are subject to the policies and discretion of AM Tuning. By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
