High Strength CM-250 Alloy:
Factory rotors are typically cast from relatively soft iron, which wears quickly and warps under high pressure and high heat. 034Motorsport 1-Piece Rotors use a Heat-Treated CM-250 special alloy formulated specifically for performance driving. This material is more resistant to heat cycling, less prone to warping, and better suited for repeated high-temperature braking than OEM rotors.
J-Slot Friction Face:
The J-slot slotted friction surface is designed to do more than just look aggressive. J-slots help clear debris from the pad surface, allow pad off-gassing under high temperatures, and distribute heat more evenly across the rotor face, reducing the likelihood of hot spots. This results in more consistent braking performance compared to traditional straight slots or drilled rotors, which can concentrate heat and increase the risk of cracking.

- Orange → Yellow at 571°C (1060°F)
- Red → White at 640°C (1184°F)
If the red paint turns white throughout, the rotors are consistently operating beyond their intended temperature range. This may indicate the need for lower-friction brake pads or improved cooling

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All items are subject to 15% restocking fee from the manufacturer.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased: oils, fuel or oil additives, filters, tuning cables, OBDeleven products, Braum seats, spark plugs, coil packs, and similar consumable, wheel spacers, wheels bolts, license plate brackets, electronic tuning components and any other product subject to discretion of AM Tuning Canada.
Other products from brands such as MHD, Bootmod3, Ecutek, Braum racing, Novitec are also non-refundable and non-returnable.
All sales of these items are final and are subject to the policies and discretion of AM Tuning. By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
